WAT HEB JE NODIG VOOR 2 PIZZA’S:

 


INGREDIËNTEN

150gr SIMPLY V Plant Based Grated Cheese
2 pizza bodems (Magioni)
200gr vega kip

½ Courgette
1/2 Rode Ui
2Et Tomate Frito (passata)
1tl Sriracha Saus
1tl Gerookte Paprika poeder
½et BBQ Saus
Olie (palm vrij)
Peper & zout
Basilicum
Rucola

 
 

Bereidingswijze

Voorverwarm de oven op 220.

Kruid de vega kip met, de gerookte paprika, BBQ-saus, beetje olie, zout en peper.

Snij de ui in maantjes en de courgette in plakjes en bak of gril de courgette even kort in een pan.

Bak de vega kip ook even kort aan, niet op te hoog vuur en niet langer dan 3-4 minuten.

Bestrijk de pizza’s met een eetlepel tomaten frito (passata) en verdeel de SIMPLY-V Plant Based Grated Cheese, de vega kip, ui en courgette over de pizza’s.

Deze mogen nu voor 8-10 minuten de oven in.

Zijn ze klaar, garneer met basilicum en rucola.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR 2 PIZZAS:


150gr SIMPLY-V Plant-Based Grated Cheese
2 pizza bottoms (Magioni)
200gr veggie chicken (Vegetarian chicken) @vegslager
1/2 Zucchini
1/2 Red Onion
2tbsp Tomato Frito (passata)
1ts Sriracha Sauce
1ts Smoked Paprika powder
2tbsp BBQ Sauce
Oil (palm free)
Salt & Pepper
Basil
Rucola

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220.

Season the vega chicken with, smoked paprika powder, sriracha, and BBQ sauce, a little oil, salt, and pepper.

Cut the onion and the zucchini into slices and fry or grill the zucchini briefly in a pan.

Fry the veggie chicken briefly, not for more than 3-4 minutes.

Brush the pizzas with a tablespoon of tomato frito (passata) and divide the SIMPLY-V Plant-Based Grated Cheese vega chicken, onion, and zucchini between the pizzas.

These can now be put in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
