Shredded chicken, bacon, eggs and avocado on toast
What do you need:
2 Slices of Bacon
1TS lime juice
20g Crème Fraîche
100g Chicken Thigh
2 slices of your favorite bread
Slat & Pepper
Start off by cooking the bacon and the egg. After that use the grease/oil from the bacon to cook the chicken thighs. Cook them on the skin side for the first 5-6 minutes on medium high fire. You can see it almost cook through and that’s when you flip them to make sure they’re fully cooked. Turn off the heat and let the chicken rest.
Toast your bread.
Mix the avocado with the Crème Fraîche, some lime juice, salt peper.
Spread the spread on the bread.
Rip the chicken, add the egg, then the bacon, shred some cheese, add the sriracha and some parsley fro garnish
